These three techniques are associated to one another, they refer to various regimens of massage styles directed toward the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and fascia.

Trigger points are identified by palpation methods. They will cause pain and refer it to other areas. The pattern of referred pain is generally characteristic of a specific point. A trigger point is an indication of physiological dysfunction.

Deep Tissue massage will focus on loosening the “envelope” supporting the muscles, helping them to get rid of metabolic residues and regain the proper nourishment essential to healthy muscles.

Myofascial Release is a hands-on soft tissue technique that facilitates a stretch into the restricted fascia(layers surrounding muscles) relaxing muscular spasms or contractions. This method involves the positioning of an area or the whole body in such  a way as to evoke a physiological response which helps to resolve musculo-skeletal dysfunction.
